- Lead site-level customer quality investigations and communication.
- Supervise a team focused on finished product quality and customer standards.
- Analyze quality data, warranty claims, and trends to drive improvement.
- Ensure consistent execution of RMA and RCCA processes.
- Present quality metrics and customer-facing reports.
- Facilitate cross-functional problem-solving and implement corrective actions.
- Support and enhance QMS processes tied to outgoing product quality.
- Promote a culture of continuous improvement and customer satisfaction.
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Quality, or equivalent experience.
- Quality Engineer Certification, Green Belt (or higher) Certification.
- Must be or have been a Certified Lead Auditor (cert doesn’t need to be active).
- 2+ years’ experience in Quality Assurance, CX, CEX, Customer Quality or Customer Experience roles.
- 1+ years of leadership experience.
- Come from a heavy automation fast-paced manufacturing environment (i.e., Semiconductor or Advanced Electronics Manufacturing). Experience in the solar manufacturing industry is preferred.
- Relevant skills and software to be familiar with include the MS Office Platform (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Root cause analysis (8D, 5-Why, Fishbone), SPC (Minitab, Excel), and QMS knowledge (ISO 9001).
- Strong public relations and customer-facing experience, particularly in managing quality concerns and building client relationships.
- Travel could be up to but not limited to 30% depending on customer needs.
- 85K-105K per year depending on experience.
