- Architectural Leadership: Design and implement scalable, secure, and high-performing Salesforce solutions aligned with business objectives
- Integration Strategy: Lead the integration of Salesforce with internal systems and third-party applications to ensure seamless data flow and interoperability
- DevOps Enablement: Build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to automate and optimize development, testing, and deployment processes
- Application Optimization: Continuously enhance Salesforce applications based on evolving business needs and industry best practices
- Innovation & AI Exploration: Support innovation initiatives by exploring emerging technologies, including AI/ML, with a focus on Salesforce Agentforce, Agent Studio (Einstein Copilot), and other AI-driven tools
- Team Leadership & Mentorship: Guide and mentor junior engineers; lead cross-functional teams in delivering large-scale, complex projects
- Stakeholder Communication: Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Hands-on AI Engagement: Demonstrate a proactive approach to experimenting with AI technologies and integrating them into Salesforce solutions where applicable
- Relevant certifications such as Salesforce Certified Application Architect, or System Architect, Agentforce Specialist, etc.
- 10+ years of experience in Salesforce architecture, solution design, and implementation
- Hands on experience in Apex, LWC, Visualforce, HTML, JavaScript, CSS, and Salesforce integrations (REST, Platform Events, Change Data Capture, etc.)
- Solid experience with DevOps practices and CI/CD tools tailored for Salesforce environments
- Demonstrated familiarity with backend development using Python, Java, and Spring Boot, etc.
- Hands-on experience with Salesforce Agentforce and/or Agent Studio (Einstein Copilot)
- Demonstrated familiarity with Salesforce Data Cloud and its integration capabilities
- Proven solid analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset abilities
- Demonstrated innovation through personal AI projects, GitHub contributions, or a technical portfolio
- Experience with major cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud
- Familiarity with healthcare industry standards, workflows, or regulatory environments
- Proven excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
