As a long-standing partner with Samsung Electronics and various other clients in the wireless and consumer electronics sectors, we provide talent who personally connect with our consumers by inspiring participation, creating a memorable brand experience, and influencing future purchase decisions to form forever-customers.Job Description:Deliver Exceptional Sales Performance:Achieve and exceed market sales targets through effective communication, problem-solving, and relationship-buildingIdentify and nurture sales opportunities, proactively approaching customers and converting their interest into purchasesAnalyze sales data to identify trends and areas for improvement, continuously optimizing sales strategiesProactively Engage Consumers:Engage customers in conversation, actively listening to their needs and interests to tailor product recommendationsCreate a positive and memorable experience for each customer, fostering brand loyalty and encouraging repeat businessIdentify and recommend Samsung product solutions that align with each customer's specific needs and preferencesDemonstrate Extensive Product Knowledge:Develop a deep understanding of Samsung's entire Digital Appliance product line, including features, benefits, and competitive differentiatorsSchedule and facilitate sales and product training with front line store associates and managersMaintain up-to-date knowledge of promotional campaigns, discounts, and exclusive offers to effectively communicate these incentives to customersComplete Merchandising Projects as assigned within timeline and prioritizationProvide Valuable Insights to Enhance the Customer Experience:Proactively seek and stay informed about emerging technologies and trends to enhance your product expertiseGather feedback from customers during interactions, identifying areas where Samsung can improve its products, services, and overall customer experienceSubmit insightful competitive insights to leadership, providing actionable recommendations to enhance the customer experience and drive sales growthImplement and maintain Samsung merchandising displays across the marketImplement Samsung merchandising plans in your market with precision and timeliness, ensuring seamless collaboration with retail partnersProactively communicate critical merchandising challenges and opportunities to leadership, fostering informed decision-makingGather and analyze competitor merchandising strategies, providing valuable insights to inform Samsung's competitive edgePerformance Measurements:Meet or exceed sales goalsMeet or exceed weekly in store time goalsAchieve prescribed training targetsVisit multiple store locations on a daily and weekly basisEffectively execute sales activities inside each location during all visitsEffectively demonstrate an on-going ability to establish, maintain and influence business relationships with merchant store and district leadershipRecord and maintain appropriate documentation for each visitQualifications:High school diploma or equivalent required; Business degree preferredSix (6) months prior experience in sales, promotion, brand advocacyDemonstrated knowledge of products and servicesMust have and maintain reliable transportation and state-required minimum liability automobile insurance coverageAbility to travel within a 50-mile radius of homeMay be required to lift, carry, and move objects, such as boxes, equipment, and furnitureMay be required to push and pull objects, such as carts and palletsExcellent communication, presentation, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills, and ability to consistently showcase poise and professionalismImpeccable integrity and commitment to customer satisfactionAbility to multi-task in a fast-paced, retail team environmentFlexibility in schedule to work weekend or non-standard shiftsAutonomous: able to work without direct supervisionProblem Solver: likes to bring solutions to existing opportunity areasValues and creates a winning culture with influenceStrong written and verbal communication skills while being quick on responsesAbility to build and maintain strong personal relationshipsHas a "do whatever it takes" attitude and positive mindsetPassionate about engaging consumers and showing off client's productsWhat You Can Expect From 2020 Companies
