Job Description:The Material Handler is responsible for providing tool parts and materials for the repair technicians to process tools.Duties and ResponsibilitiesProvide the tool parts and materials for the repair techniciansRemove and deliver recycle material to the proper locationRemove finished products and transport to staging area for shippingReport low quantity of parts dailyEnsure that Repair tools are distributed to the tech workbenches in a timely mannerPractice 6S and SafetyVerify parts delivering match with parts on order sheet for techsAble to react to change effectively and handle other assignments, including working other shifts as needed.Sort and stock parts and toolsUtilize Power BI, Excel, email to run and distribute reports and priority pull listsCollaborate with analyst and senior analyst on daily HFP report and prioritization for receipts and 051 dispositionUtilize High Jump screens to monitor, prioritize and process stage 051 ordersTransact parts to allocate inventory to orders in stage 051Transact parts to unallocated inventory from orders in stage 051, restock inventoryPhysical DemandsStanding for long periods of timeRepetitive motionMust be able to lift 30 poundsFrequent bending, stooping, pushing and pulling of parts and containersEducation and Experience RequirementsRequires education equivalent to four years of high schoolPossess good communication skills, reading/writingBasic computer skills requiredFluency in English with strong communication skills, written and oralMilwaukee Tool is an equal opportunity employer.
