
Lead, Post-Merger Integration

In This Role, You Will:
- Analyze operational, financial, and organizational data to support integration planning and decision-making.
- Track and monitor synergy realization, cost-saving opportunities, and performance metrics against integration goals.
- Assist in creating and maintaining integration workplans, milestone trackers, and dashboards.
- Support cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, Sales) with data gathering, reporting, and readiness assessments.
- Conduct pre-close assessments and assist with Day 1 readiness efforts.
- Identify integration risks and dependencies and provide data-driven recommendations.
- Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and integration steering committees.
- Collaborate with acquired company stakeholders to gather data, understand operations, and map processes.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
- 2+ years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, consulting, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
- Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
- Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
- Experience working cross-functionally with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
- High attention to detail, comfort working with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
- Familiarity with post-merger integration principles and lifecycle stages.
- Exposure to project management tools such as Wrike is a plus.
- Experience working with large datasets and/or financial models.
