Whether working with a team of colleagues or with clients, we ensure that we foster a culture that celebrates differences and builds on shared connections.Cvent is seeking a detail-oriented and highly analytical Manager/Lead Post-Merger Integration (PMI) to support the execution of integration strategies following mergers, acquisitions, and strategic investments. This role is critical in helping align people, processes, and systems across functions to realize deal value and ensure a seamless transition.
In This Role, You Will:
  • Analyze operational, financial, and organizational data to support integration planning and decision-making.
  • Track and monitor synergy realization, cost-saving opportunities, and performance metrics against integration goals.
  • Assist in creating and maintaining integration workplans, milestone trackers, and dashboards.
  • Support cross-functional teams (e.g., Finance, HR, IT, Sales) with data gathering, reporting, and readiness assessments.
  • Conduct pre-close assessments and assist with Day 1 readiness efforts.
  • Identify integration risks and dependencies and provide data-driven recommendations.
  • Prepare presentations and reports for executive leadership and integration steering committees.
  • Collaborate with acquired company stakeholders to gather data, understand operations, and map processes.
Here's What You Need:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field. MBA or relevant graduate degree is a plus.
  • 2+ years of experience in corporate strategy, M&A, consulting, FP&A, or a related analytical role.
  • Strong proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau).
  • Demonstrated ability to synthesize complex data into actionable insights and recommendations.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • High attention to detail, comfort working with ambiguity, and ability to manage multiple priorities under tight timelines.
Preferred Skills
  • Familiarity with post-merger integration principles and lifecycle stages.
  • Exposure to project management tools such as Wrike is a plus.
  • Experience working with large datasets and/or financial models.
