Parallel Employment Group in partnership with a Lancaster manufacturing client is seeking qualified Production Supervisor. Qualified individual will be responsible for supervising all personnel within assigned department, also assists in the supervision of personnel within all other departments within the plant.Pay rate: $20.00-22.00 hour / Depending on Experience.1st shift Monday - FridayRequirementsResponsibilities:- Should be capable of working in a fast-paced manufacturing environment- Overseas and monitors training / production, material handling, and quality to ensure it is in compliance with customer requirements takes necessary corrective action on any non- conformance.- Monitors plant safety and enforces all company rules and regulations.*Training Requirements- Training will be available on site.- the ability to supervise departments within the company as assigned- Must be knowledgeable in company safety, quality and ISO requirements**Requirements- Stand for extended periods of time- Lift up to 50 pounds-Steel Toe Work boots/shoes#ind456
