- Provide technical and operational space domain support expertise to the USINDOPACOM Innovation and Experimentation and Science and Technology Divisions.
- Facilitate joint exercise experiment integration from DoD, mission, and industry partners as they apply to the space domain, through continuous collaboration in executing joint exercise planning and experimentation process steps.
- Plan and coordinate test and execution events with USINDOPACOM, USSPACECOM, US Space Force, and subordinate commands, to facilitate all-domain AOR experiments in US and multilateral environments.
- Generate reports displaying technical performance metrics, risks, and assessments, and develop creative solutions to emerging and discovered operational challenges.
- Attend, coordinate, plan, and host events to collaborate and exchange subject matter information pertaining to tasking.
- Support the operational management of space-domain projects tailored to warfighter utility, contributing collaborative oversight to end-to-end capability development, operational demonstrations, test and evaluation events, assessments, and transition and advocacy efforts.
- Create concepts of employment (CONEMPs) and concepts of operations (CONOPs) to integrate and synchronize space-based technologies and capabilities with warfighter requirements.
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office, Sharepoint, and NIPR/SIPR/JWICS networks to produce and maintain a wide variety of documents.
- Demonstrated knowledge of Combatant Command headquarters organizational structure, command policies and boards, bureaus, centers, cells and working group systems.
- Knowledge and experience with USINDOPACOM Operational Plans (OPLANs), Integrated Priority Lists (IPLs), and the Joint Event Life Cycle (JELC).
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in Space-domain operations, activities investments, as they pertain to the strategic, operational, warfighting, and scientific equities.
- Demonstrated knowledge and experience in rapid and accelerated technical capability development, test and evaluation, and transition process for DoD projects.
- Possess and maintain a working knowledge of parallel and competitive adversary systems and capabilities.
- Possess and maintain a working knowledge of emerging technologies and multidisciplinary fields and ecosystems, and their ability to integrate, interface, or facilitate the implementation of innovative capabilities and systems that would improve and enhance DoD warfighting objectives within the AOR.
- Must be comfortable interacting with senior government executives, military personnel, and other contractors performing staff functions and coordinating actions between various policy organizations.
- Must possess a current TS/SCI clearance.
- Must be able to obtain and maintain additional SAP and ACCM read-ins.
- US citizen must be able to obtain US passport.
- Bachelor’s Degree in related technical field.
- 10 years’ experience in space domain operations.
- Some walking, bending, stooping, and carrying of objects, manuals, documents, and computer equipment.
- Travel percentage: 25%.
