Scientist, Antibody DiscoveryDrive breakthrough antibody discoveries as a Scientist in our elite discovery team!You'll spearhead cutting-edge research using state-of-the-art phage display platforms and advanced screening technologies to develop next-generation solutions that will transform healthcare outcomes.Responsibilities:Discovery & Innovation· Lead high-throughput antibody screening campaigns using cutting-edge phage display and emerging selection platforms.· Execute sophisticated binding kinetics studies (ELISA, flow cytometry, SPR, BLI) to identify game-changing antibody candidates.· Engineer and optimize antibodies using advanced molecular biology techniques and multi-platform expression systems.Scientific Impact· Transform complex data into breakthrough insights through advanced analytics and statistical modeling.· Author high-impact technical reports and scientific publications while presenting to cross-functional teams.· Drive experimental design and mentor emerging scientists in a fast-paced discovery environment.· Collaborate with global research partners to accelerate antibody development timelines.Qualifications:· BS/MS and 2-20+ years' experience in antibody discovery.· Expert-level molecular biology skills (cloning, PCR, mutagenesis) and antibody characterization platforms.· Proficiency in protein expression/purification across mammalian, bacterial, and yeast systems.· Advanced data analysis capabilities (GraphPad Prism, statistical software, Excel mastery).· Exceptional problem-solving skills with creative experimental design capabilities.· Outstanding communication and presentation skills.· Collaborative mindset with mentoring potential and team leadership experience.· Passion for staying current with emerging antibody discovery technologies.The title is commensurate with experience - Associate, Sr Associate or Scientist level.Compensation package includes base + bonus + relocation to Maryland!
