Inject resin mixture into the molds according to specific work instructions. Work with or under the direction of Floor Leads, managers, or engineers to follow all applicable specifications and procedures regarding the performance of shop operations and use all required safety equipment and follow established safety procedures. Support and apply team concepts in daily activitiesHow You'll Make an Impact
  • Document the injection process for each mold and set up, operate, and maintain a variety of equipment per accepted Siemens or industry standards
  • Perform required tests and inspections per process specifications and be able to troubleshoot when specifications are not met
  • Monitor temperature and humidity in the work area and properly dispose of spent resin mixtures
  • Perform visual inspections of all materials and equipment required for the process
  • Accept or reject work as indicated by comparing data to the required drawing specifications, process specifications or other documented engineering criteria.
  • Provide technical direction and training to other employees as required.
What You Bring
  • High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent experience
  • Ability to use hand and power tools
  • Possess or have ability to acquire all PIME license by passing company test requirements and possess or have ability to acquire LOTO certification
  • Acquire forklift, scissor lift, and Crown Wave license from the Safety Department
  • Demonstrate the ability to count and record material data with a high degree of accuracy and demonstrate proficiency in SAP and other MS Office computer tools
  • Able to lift 50 lbs. unassisted on a regular basis and sit, stand, bend & kneel for 8 or more hours/day
