
Senior Director, Sales Engineering

- Provide leadership, development and training to a cross functional team.
- Establishes the overall strategy and direction for the sales engineering department. Leads change management efforts when modifying the department strategy.
- Develops key leadership relationships to ensure the collaboration between the sales engineering team and National Engineering and Technical Operations (NETO).
- Develop operations budgets and manage organization sizing according to the number of products and channels supported.
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Division and Regional teams on product development direction and optimized solution options for cost effective construction and service delivery.
- Establishes department processes and procedures and makes necessary modifications to improve sales effectiveness and cycle time reduction.
- Stays abreast of competitive landscape and emerging technologies to best position Comcast in the marketplace.
- Consistent exercise of independent judgment and discretion in matters of significance.
- Regular, consistent and punctual attendance. Must be able to work nights and weekends, variable schedule(s) and overtime as necessary.
