- Design and produce high-visibility materials including flyers, booklets, articles, reports, newsletters, infographics, presentations, landing pages, and digital communications, ensuring alignment with BCG’s brand guidelines.
- Provide creative input on brand interpretation and visual storytelling.
- Plan, manage, and execute multiple design projects from concept to completion using tools such as Monday.com and PageProof.
- Maintain and organize design assets, including the image library, templates, print jobs, and stationery.
- Collaborate with marketing, sales, and client teams to ensure design solutions effectively support business objectives.
- Support the broader Communications team and assist other designers as needed.
- Perform additional duties as assigned. Qualifications:
- Ideally an Associate's or bachelors degree in graphic design, Visual Communications, or 2–4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a corporate in-house marketing or creative services environment.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat Pro) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from concept through completion.
- Strong design sense with a keen eye for detail, accuracy, and consistency.
- Effective communicator with the ability to clearly present design rationale to both creative and non-creative stakeholders.
- Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Creative problem-solver with flexibility and adaptability.
- Team player with the ability to also work independently.
- Preferred (not required): experience with video production, animation, HTML/CSS, or digital design/production.
