Prepare patients for procedures
Perform ultrasound examinations
Operate and maintain equipment
Analyze an interpret imaging results
Collaborate with medical team
Maintain accurate patient records
Required skills and qualifications
Associate degree from an accredited college or university in related field
Active registration with American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS)
Valid Florida state license as an Ultrasound Technologist
BLS certification
Proficient in computer software (eRad, Athena, PACS, etc.)
Ability to work independently
Preferred skills and qualifications
6 months to 1 year of ultrasound experience
ACLS certification (must be completed within 90 days of employment)
