
Digital Account Executive/Sales Director - Texas

- Identify and generate new business opportunities through a mix of inbound leads, cold outreach, and leveraging your industry network.
- Cultivate and grow relationships with holding companies, independent agencies, and brand-side marketers.
- Drive the entire sales process from prospecting and pitching to negotiation and closing.
- Deliver compelling presentations that clearly communicate our client's value proposition and unique offerings.
- Collaborate with internal teams (product, marketing, customer success) to ensure seamless onboarding and client satisfaction.
- Represent the company at key industry events and networking opportunities.
- Consistently meet or exceed quarterly revenue targets and KPIs.
- Provide regular pipeline updates, sales forecasts, and performance insights to leadership.
- 3-7 years of experience in programmatic advertising sales, ideally within an adtech, martech, or digital data company.
- Proven ability to build and close a pipeline of deals, with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Deep understanding of the digital advertising ecosystem, including DSPs, DMPs, data onboarding, and measurement.
- Strong face-to-face and virtual sales presentation skills.
- Established relationships with Fortune 500 brands, media holding companies, and independent agencies.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Self-starter mentality and ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-moving startup environment.
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
