  • Be knowledgeable about safety requirements and make sure no violations occur
  • Must be hands on
  • Able to help interviewing applicants and deciding who will be hired
  • Manage employee performance providing positive and corrective feedback
  • Maintain necessary records to track, monitor and explain daily production, efficiencies and lot conditions
  • Observe and enforce all attendance, quality, safety and food safety policies
  • Communicate effectively with employees, Q.A. personnel, USDA, and management
  • Participate in process improvement and problem solving including corrective actions and preventative measures
  • Must pass HACCP test with Miller Poultry QA Department
