- Design and develop hardware components for telecommunication applications, including schematic design, PCB layout, and component selection.
- Perform in-depth testing and evaluation of hardware prototypes, identifying and resolving design flaws or performance issues.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and provide technical expertise to ensure product performance and functionality meets the requirements.
- Conduct feasibility studies and cost analyses to determine the viability of proposed hardware solutions.
- Support the manufacturing process and work closely with vendors and suppliers to ensure the availability of high-quality components.
- Stay updated with the latest industry trends and emerging technologies in hardware engineering.
- In-depth knowledge of ultra-high speed digital board design, especially related to telecommunication applications.
- Expertise in Board based on RFSocs design.
- In-depth knowledge of hardware design principles, including digital and analog circuitry, PCB layout, and signal integrity analysis.
- Proficiency in using industry-standard design tools, preferably Siemens PADS for schematic capture, layout, and signal integrity simulation.
- Strong problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex hardware design issues.
- Experience with design verification, including functional testing, debugging, and validation of hardware designs.
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronic Engineering.
- Proven experience in hardware design and development, with a preference for the telecommunication electronics industry.
- Experience in ultra-high speed digital design and RFSoc applications.- DDR 3, DDR 4, mixed

- Proficient in using hardware debugging tools, test equipment, oscilloscopes, and RF Measurement Instruments such as Spectrum Analyzer and VNA.
- Familiarity with PCB layout and fabrication processes.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
