This position offers the perfect balance of professional growth, local travel flexibility, and a supportive care environment.Job DescriptionPerform evaluations and develop customized treatment plans for patients with mobility challenges or physical impairmentsDeliver hands-on physical therapy services, including therapeutic exercises, manual therapy, and mobility trainingTrack patient progress and modify care plans based on individual outcomesCollaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary rehab teams to optimize patient careEducate patients and caregivers on home therapy and post-discharge recovery strategiesMaintain clear and accurate clinical documentation in accordance with facility standardsQualifications & RequirementsActive Pennsylvania Physical Therapist (PT) licenseCurrent BLS certification (AHA or equivalent)Minimum of 1 year of clinical PT experience preferredExcellent communication and problem-solving skillsAbility to adapt quickly in a fast-paced, patient-centered environmentExplore Port Matilda, Pennsylvania
