You will own scope, schedule, budget, risk, and stakeholder engagement from kickoff through hypercare, coordinating cross-functional teams and partners to deliver reliable, scalable outcomes for our clients’ distribution and fulfillment operations.What you’ll doDrive the execution of WCS/WES/WMS software projects—requirements, design, build/config, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), cutover, go-live, and hypercare.Create and manage project plans, budgets, RAID logs, and change requests; report progress and financials to client and internal leadership.Coordinate work across software engineering, implementation, QA, site ops, vendor partners, and client teams; remove roadblocks and keep decisions moving.Orchestrate on-site and remote activities for software deployments and upgrades; ensure safe, low-risk cutovers to production.Establish measurable success criteria (throughput, availability, stability, defect escape) and hold teams accountable to them.Lead governance ceremonies (status reviews, steering committees) and maintain crisp communication with executive stakeholders.Standardize artifacts and lessons learned to uplift repeatability across the LPS portfolio.What you’ll bring5+ years of software project management delivering enterprise/industrial systems; direct experience with WCS/WES strongly preferred.Solid grasp of warehouse and material-flow concepts (conveyors, sortation, AS/RS) helpful but not required.Proven track record managing multi-partner projects (internal teams + integrators/vendors) with budgets, schedules, and change control.Familiarity with hybrid Agile/Waterfall delivery, test planning, and cutover/hypercare practices.Proficiency with MS Project or Smartsheet, Jira/Azure DevOps, and standard PM artifacts (SOW/WBS, risk registers, RACI, communication plans).Executive-ready written and verbal communication; calm under pressure.Nice to have: PMP and/or ScrumMasterThe base salary range for this role is $87,600 to $131,300. This base salary range represents the low and high end of the base salary range for this position.
