- Completion of a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of contract administration/negotiation experience
- An Associate's degree and 4 years of contract administration/negotiation experience will also be accepted
- Knowledge of Company policies and procedures is required.
- Good communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage a project effectively from beginning to completion.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, ability to change priorities quickly, and good PC-based application skills including SAP

- Experience in contract negotiations and development of commercial offers in the nuclear market.

- Develop commercial offer strategy for complex proposals, including review of appropriate terms and conditions, review of existing frame agreements and development of commercial clarifications and supplemental terms to support business initiatives.
- Communicate with internal and external contacts to ensure commercial proposals are developed and contracted within the corporate guidelines and business objectives.
- Coordinate with Project Manager and manage contracts related to nuclear digital modernization projects from initiation through closeout.
- Provide commercial guidance and strategic contract advice to project teams and senior management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Identify and mitigate contract risks proactively.
- Collaborate closely with engineering, technical, procurement, and legal teams to align contract objectives with project goals.
- Monitor contract performance, deliverables, and financials.
- Resolve contractual disputes, facilitate claim, and change management when necessary.
- Prepare and maintain contract documentation, reports, and status updates
- Experience in contract negotiations and development of commercial offers in the nuclear market.
