- Our client generates a high volume of inbound leads through their extensive YouTube, Google, and online presence-this is not a cold business development role.
- The qualified candidate for this position must have an active Texas bar license and experience handling property damage insurance claims (plaintiff- or defense-side experience is acceptable).
- Base salary is $100k, with on-target earnings of $200k-$300k in year one through incentives.
- Handling first-party property damage disputes against insurance companies
- Managing a high-volume docket through early-stage resolution and negotiation
- Reviewing insurance policies, damage reports, and claim documentation
- Drafting demands and handling correspondence with carriers
- Communicating regularly with clients to keep them informed and empowered
- Working collaboratively with the support team to resolve claims quickly and effectively
- No cold business development-qualified leads are provided through inbound traffic
- Active license to practice law in Texas (required)
- 7+ years of experience in plaintiff or defense-side property damage insurance claims
- Strong knowledge of property damage claims and first-party coverage issues
- Ability to manage a large docket with attention to detail and efficiency
- Comfortable with legal technology and modern case management systems
- Excellent negotiation, writing, and client communication skills
- $100k base salary with $200k-$300k on-target earnings in year one
