Handle customer questions and solve problems
Elevate social media engagement by collaborating with approved vendors to create content and boost awareness of our agency
Keep customer information up to date
Conduct virtual account reviews
Assist current customers with online enablement so they have full access to their accounts
Support efforts to keep customers happy and loyal
Use all available resources to ensure customers receive the best service
What We’re Looking For:
Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Customer service experience is a plus
Ability to stay calm and collected in busy or stressful situations
What You Will Need:
Property and Casualty Insurance License
Life and Health Insurance License
