- Execute area objectives: sales goals, education initiatives, new door openings, events and KPI's, in partnership with the Sales and Training Executives in the territories.
- Represent the NARS brand in image, artistry, education, passion, and productivity.
- Onboard new Field Employees: Sales and Training Executives, Counter Mangers, Freelancers
- Coach Counter teams, and Freelance Artists in-store on education and selling behaviors that project the brand image and help drive sell-through targets.
- Executes education plans for Open-Sell, DSS, and Specialty to ensure KPI's are achieved and prioritized based on door volume and needs of the territory.
- Partner with Sales and Training executives to strengthen and grow bottom-line of assigned territories.
- Build strong retailer relationships to broaden awareness and partnerships in the market.
- Ensure hero/key sku's, and new launch, are at the forefront of training curriculums for the Retailer populations.
- Provide in-store support during key timeframes based on business needs, determined by Director of Training and in partnership with Regional Sales Director's
- Innovate and curate event strategies, in partnership with the Sales and Training Executives, and provide presence and sales support for the respective retailers.
- Implement social media presence to promote the Brand, inclusive of events, support, and engagement strategies.
- Partner with PR and lead the field engagement for @Narsissist.
- Partner with Sales and Training Executives to achieve all sales objectives in the region as well as sell-thru and category focus expectations.
- Budget and plan, spend within limits of allocated budget for T&E
- Send in timely and accurate travel and expense reports with receipts monthly
- Must have the ability to travel 50% of the time.
- Minimum 8 years in Retail Cosmetics and selling environments with a proven track record of success.
- Savvy in competitor environments and open-selling environments
- Ability to speak in large groups, in-person, and virtually with confidence and leadership presence.
- Strong presentation skills over various forums, with a heightened focus on digital platforms
- Eagerness and enthusiasm to participate in PR and social media endeavors
- Excellent makeup artistry and selling skills, preferably in open-sell and retail environments.
- Ability to manage budgets and expenses.
