- Drive internal business growth with client relationships, prospecting, qualifying leads, and making cold calls.
- Establish rapport with clients contacting them daily through phone calls, emails, hand-written notes, and marketing mailings and arrange meetings with them for the outside sales team.
- Initiate 50-70 calls a day to potential, targeted customers.
- Vet leads thoroughly ensuring there is a legitimate need for a service estimate.
- Schedule appointments and manage calendars maximizing Outside Sales’ calendar availability.
- Manage the lead flow for outside sales
- Research proven vertical markets to identify new opportunities.
- Follow up on leads daily.
- Facilitate the creation, improvement and implementation of internal marketing strategies (Constant Contact, SEO, PPC, Google+ Reviews, etc.) to grow market share and brand awareness.
- Record and track all client and lead contact information the CRM Database.
- Perform consistent follow-up and follow-through with prospective and existing accounts.
- Collaborate with Management Team regularly.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in inside sales, prospecting, lead generation, and appointment setting.
- Previous experience closing new business from cold calls and inbound warm leads.
- Experience with creating and managing phone, email and mail marketing campaigns.
- Hands on experience making multiple outbound calls on a daily basis.
- Highly adept navigating CRM software systems (i.e. Salesforce).
