Main Job Responsibilities:Provide excellent, professional customer serviceAccurately and efficiently scan and key items into register
Receive and process all payments according to PCC standardsPerform basic math skills and proficient at 10-keyCommunicate effectively about PCC's membership and programsHandle merchandise returnsBag groceries according to PCC bagging guidelinesMaintain an orderly appearance at the register * Ensures department sanitation, cleanliness and safety standards are met
Qualifications and Skills:Proven ability to provide excellent, professional customer serviceAvailable to work a variety of shifts including mornings, mid-day shifts and weekendsMust demonstrate basic math skills and proficiency at 10-keyExcellent attention to detail and multitasking skillsPrevious retail or public customer contact experience desired; background in cashiering or retail grocery industry preferredMust be able to meet physical demands including standing, bending, twisting, repetitive
motion, and lifting 10-40lbs regularly * A current Food Worker Card from the Washington State Department of Health is requiredMust be at least 18 years of ageBenefits and Perks:
