- Qualify sales opportunities by assessing customer needs and requirements.
- Identify and prioritise high-potential leads to ensure efficient use of sales resources.
- Handle inbound sales enquiries promptly and professionally.
- Provide accurate information about products and services to prospective customers.
- Generate customer quotes.
- Conduct thorough research on potential customers to identify key decision-makers and relevant business information.
- Maintain an up-to-date database of customer information and sales leads.
- Triage incoming enquiries to determine the appropriate course of action.
- Assign enquiries to the relevant sales team members or departments as needed.
- Respond to emails and customer enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Provide follow-up support to ensure customer satisfaction and address any additional questions or concerns.
- Assist with various administrative tasks to support the sales department, including preparing reports, maintaining records, and managing sales documentation.
- Support the completion of customer procurement forms.
- Perform ad hoc tasks as required to facilitate the smooth operation of the sales team.
- You’ve gained exposure to commercial environments and are eager to grow your career in technology and sales.
- You have strong organisation and prioritisation skills.
- You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- You are proactive, always on the look out for how processes can be improved.
- You are detail focused - accuracy is important to you.
- Degree level education
- Passion for learning - excited about
- Previous experience in a customer-facing role is desirable
- Previous experience using Salesforce or other CRMs in general is desirable
