- $21.61 - $25.30 per hour
- Monday through Friday, 8:00am-4:00pm
- Some evening and/or weekend hours, as needed, during training cohorts and community outreach and education events.
- Required on-call responsibilities.
- Onsite at Crisis Services, 100 River Rock Road, Suite 300, Buffalo, NY
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university in Social Work, Mental Health, Education, Health Promotion, or related Human Service field, or equivalent experience.
- Minimum of one (1) year’s relevant work experience in volunteer training, community education, and/or public speaking required.
- Experience supervising volunteers and/or interns required.
- One (1) year of relevant work experience in the field of domestic violence and/or sexual assault strongly preferred OR Master’s degree in related field and 6 months relevant work experience staff training, community education, and/or public speaking and volunteer supervision.
- Experience working with college-aged populations preferred.
- Capable of working with and mobilizing a wide variety of stakeholders.
- Demonstrated ability and experience to relate to and engage diverse populations in a variety of settings.
- Excellent written and verbal communications skills for facilitation and one-on-one guidance spaces.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently.
- Ability to set goals and adhere to timelines for program implementation; must be able work independently, take initiative, and be self-motivated.
- Computer literacy with knowledge of Microsoft Word, Access, Excel, Power Point, Canva, and Google Applications.
- Must have a valid Driver’s License and a clean driving record with access to reliable a vehicle.
