We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to oversee and manage heavy civil construction projects, including roadways, bridges, and site development. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in heavy civil construction, with the ability to lead teams, ensure safety compliance, and maintain project schedules and budgets.Key Responsibilities:Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on-siteManage and direct subcontractors, laborers, and equipment operatorsEnsure compliance with safety regulations and company policiesMonitor project progress and report on schedule and budget adherenceConduct regular inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specificationsMaintain accurate records of daily activities, including timecards, reports, and material usageCollaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to resolve issues and implement solutionsEnforce safety protocols and conduct regular safety meetings and inspectionsEnsure proper handling and storage of materials and equipmentQualifications:Proven experience as a Superintendent in heavy civil construction projectsStrong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and equipmentAbility to read and interpret construction plans and specificationsExcellent leadership, communication, and organizational skillsFamiliarity with OSHA regulations and safety standardsAbility to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectivelyValid driver’s license and reliable transportationBenefits:
