MillwrightFull-Time Job - 50% Travel / Location: WinonaSalary: $25.00 - $30.00 / Hour + BenefitsJob Summary:This position is responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing machinery, equipment, and systems following specifications, blueprints, manuals, and drawings, using hand tools, power tools, hoists, cranes, welding equipment, measuring, and testing equipment: visually inspects and tests machinery and equipment as appropriate, cleans and lubricates machine and parts, performs precision maintenance tasks on various industrial manufacturing processes, and is a key player in continuous improvement efforts through daily use of troubleshooting and predictive, preventative maintenance strategies.Responsibilities:
Install, assemble, and maintain machinery and equipment
Replace worn or defective parts, and troubleshoot issues
Use cranes, forklifts, hoists, and winches to move heavy parts and machinery
Read and interpret blueprints and schematic drawings to determine work procedures
Test and inspect machinery to ensure it operates safely and efficiently
Use precision tools and techniques to align and calibrate machine components
Operate machining equipment, such as lathe and vertical mill
Other duties/responsibilities as assigned, or apparent.
Education and Experience:
Must have a HS diploma or GED., plus a minimum of 3 years Millwright work experience.
Must have proficient knowledge of hydraulics and pneumatics.
Must have demonstrated knowledge and support of predictive/preventative maintenance programs.
Must demonstrate proficient skills in welding and fitting.
Basic knowledge of electrical systems is preferred.
