Job Category: Finance and AccountingJob Description:Your RoleThe Director, Product & Financial Analytics - Stellarus, reporting to the VP, Corporate Finance & Head of Stellarus Finance, will lead, prioritize and oversee the development of financial reporting and analysis to enable Stellarus, a new health care technology company, to grow. This will include: creating a product pricing model for services, product Profit & Loss analysis and enhancement of financial reporting; lead and evaluate the effectiveness of Stellarus products in the marketplace based on competitive and other financial analysis; collaborate closely with the Stellarus CFO and leadership to develop product costing (including allocation of shared costs) to allow for careful financial management of cost and margins, and to drive strategies to improve efficiency and drive business growth; help preserve cash flow while exploring sources of new investment. The Director will partner with corporate development to evaluate new and existing partnerships and different funding models.Responsibilities:Your WorkIn this role, you will:
Lead the development and building of product cost, pricing and profitability analysis; in addition, the build out of P&L reporting by product and company level for Stellarus
Partner with finance and corporate development to evaluate potential transactions, and to provide a finance lens; if complete, you will lead the financial operationalization for Stellarus
Partner across the Ascendiun family of companies to assess funding sources and partnerships to drive next generation capabilities
Build and develop a finance team to directly support Stellarus and lead financial planning, long-range planning and partner to drive future strategy; this includes product management, information technology and partner management functions
Partner with outside plans and their finance teams to provide reporting and analysis
Partner and drive the financial close process on a monthly basis in addition to executive and board-level performance reporting packages
Qualifications:Your Knowledge and Experience
Requires a Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business, or related field, a Master's degree is preferred
Requires 12 years of relevant experience with 6 years of management experience
Requires Healthcare industry experience, Healthcare IT startup and Health Plan experience highly preferred, with a focus on finance analytics, product development, and product pricing
Requires a proven track record of building and managing financial operations and strategies in a product focused and product development environment, preferably at a growth-stage company in healthcare
Requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate complex financial data into actionable strategies
Excellent leadership and team management abilities, with a commitment to developing team members
Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with all levels of the organization and external stakeholders

Hybrid (Default): Work from a business unit-approved office at least two (2) times per month (for roles below Director-level) or once per week (for Director-level roles and above). Exceptions:
