St. Louis, MO | Commercial & Industrial Projects | Strong Pipeline of WorkWe're working with a top mechanical contractor in the St. Louis area that’s known for doing things the right way — building long-term relationships with GCs, treating their field crews with respect, and delivering high-quality mechanical systems on complex commercial and industrial projects. They’re looking to add a Project Manager who can step in, take ownership, and run with it.If you know how to keep a job on track, keep your crew moving, and keep clients informed — this team will value what you bring.What You’ll Be Responsible For:Manage mechanical scopes (HVAC, piping, sheet metal) from kickoff through closeoutOversee scheduling, procurement, change orders, submittals, and cost trackingCoordinate with foremen, subcontractors, vendors, and clients to keep work movingWalk jobsites and ensure field operations align with the project planRun 2-5 projects depending on size, often in the $500K–$5M+ rangeRepresent the company professionally to clients and partnersWhat You Bring:Minimum 3 years of experience managing mechanical construction or HVAC projectsStrong knowledge of mechanical systems (ductwork, piping, hydronics, controls, etc.)Able to read construction drawings and specs, and coordinate across tradesProficient in construction software like Procore, Bluebeam, MS Project, etc.
