- Ability to work within a coordinated basketball curriculum from youth through varsity level
- Strong personal and social skills, with the ability to effectively communicate using a variety of media
- Attend and assist with in-season and out-of-season training / conditioning opportunities for grades 6-12
- Work within a program philosophy and curriculum that builds upon itself from grades 6-12
- Develop cohesive coaching relationships that works to develop players from grades 6-12
- Assist with teaching and instructing all aspects of basketball, while working to develop and emphasize positive character traits in all athletes
- Provide coaching, encouragement, and guidance to all athletes in the program
- Build meaningful positive relationships with staff and student body
- Motivate players and coaches to work toward program and philosophy goals
- Other duties may be assigned by the Athletic Director
