We pride ourselves on being a close-knit team that values collaboration, compassion, and excellence in patient care.What We're Looking For:-Associates Degree in Nursing required; Bachelor's Degree in Nursing preferred.-RN licensure in the state of Kentucky.Hours and Compensation Potential:-Night shift position, working 7pm-7am three times a week.-Compensation ranges from $27 to $42 per hour, depending on experience.-Excellent benefits package offered, including a $10,000 sign-on bonus.What You'll Be Doing:-Administering plan of care interventions, including medication administration, specimen collection, and clinical treatments.-Documenting patient care accurately and thoroughly.-Monitoring and communicating patient condition to the care team, physician, patient, and family.-Assisting patients with activities of daily living, ensuring their comfort and well-being.-Collaborating across disciplines to coordinate patient care and provide education to patients and families.-Serving as an advocate for the physical and emotional well-being of the patient.Additional Info:Our Med/Surg unit utilizes around 15 of the 25 beds in our facility.Each shift is staffed with two nurses and a tech, with additional support from the manager as needed.We have a high swing bed population and regularly admit patients for orthopedic surgery, continued rehabilitation, and direct admissions from the ER.Join the dedicated team and make a difference in the lives of our patients.
