A long-term client of mine is actively seeking a project manager to join their team. This role comes from growth within the company, as they have an excellent pipeline of negotiated commercial and light-industrial projects.   • Oversee all phases of construction projects from planning to completion.
  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and clients.
  • Develop and manage project budgets, timelines, and schedules.
  • Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and permits.
  • Monitor on-site progress and address issues to avoid delays.
  • Manage procurement of materials, equipment, and labor.
  • Conduct regular meetings to track progress and resolve conflicts.
  • Prepare and present progress reports to stakeholders and upper management.

  • 5+ years of commercial construction experience
  • Ability to run projects from pre-construction (alongside estimator) to client hand-off
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
