☐ Temporary ☒ Full-time ☐ Part-time ☐ Nonexempt ☒ Exempt September 3, 2025Summary/Objective: Luxury Backyard Living/Temo, Inc. is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Construction Coordinator Foreman to manage the day-to-day operations of construction sites, ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget. The ideal candidate holds a Degree in Construction Management and has hands-on experience coordinating construction crews, subcontractors, materials, and equipment. This role serves as the critical link between the project management team and field operations, facilitating clear communication, efficient scheduling, and high-quality results.Essential Functions/Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and oversee daily construction activities and site operations.
- Supervise subcontractors, trades, and labor crews to ensure work aligns with project plans and safety regulations.
- Serve as the point of contact between field operations and project management.
- Interpret blueprints, schematics, and construction drawings to provide direction to field personnel.
- Develop and maintain construction schedules and ensure milestones are met.
- Order, track, and manage delivery of materials and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with OSHA and all applicable safety regulations.
- Conduct quality control checks and address issues proactively.
- Attend project meetings and provide progress updates to stakeholders and team.
- Maintain accurate site documentation, including logs, reports, permits, applications and inspection records.
- Assist with budgeting, cost tracking, and resource allocation.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 3+ years of experience in a construction coordination, site management, or foreman role
- College degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field (preferred
- High School or equivalent degree, required.
- Strong understanding of construction methods, safety, and building codes.
- Proficiency with project management software.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to read and interpret construction documents.
- OSHA 30 certification (preferred).
- Must be able to lift 40 lbs. without assistance.
- The position will be in an office setting that will oversee the project life cycle.
