Shipping & Delivery AssociateEntech Staffing is looking for a motivated and reliable Shipping & Delivery Associate to join our distribution team. This role is crucial for ensuring the accurate and timely movement of goods within our warehouse and to our customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, a quick learner, and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.Key ResponsibilitiesWarehouse Operations:Efficiently and safely use a manual or electric pallet jack to move, stack, and retrieve pallets of products.Assist with loading and unloading trucks.Verify shipment contents against manifests or invoices to ensure accuracy.Organize and maintain a clean and safe work area.Local Deliveries:Operate a company-owned delivery van to transport products to local businesses and residential customers.Follow a designated delivery schedule and route.Provide excellent customer service during delivery drop-offs.Ensure all necessary paperwork, like proof of delivery receipts, is completed accurately.QualificationsExperience: Previous experience in a warehouse, shipping, or logistics role is preferred.Physical Ability: Must be able to lift and move heavy objects (up to 50 lbs) and stand for extended periods.Driver's License: A valid driver's license with a clean driving record is required.Skills: Strong attention to detail, good time management, and effective communication skills.Chauffeur's licenseThis role offers a mix of hands-on warehouse work and a change of scenery with local delivery routes, making it a great fit for someone who enjoys a dynamic workday.Shift: Day ShiftDescription:
