This is a great opportunity to join a winning team.Position DescriptionProject Planning and Task Management - Support the coordination of internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects. Support all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget. Support the development of project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Document Sharing and Communication Management. Implementation Management - Set up Teamwork.com for new teams or clients (projects, templates, users, permissions). Support resource availability and allocation. Support the development of a detailed project plan to track progress. Training and Support Management - Conduct user onboarding, training sessions, and ongoing support. Workflow Design Management - Customize task lists, dependencies, Gantt charts, or boards to fit business processes. Reporting and Analytics - Create reports on team productivity, time logs, client billables. Integration Setup - Connect Teamwork with Slack, Google Workspace, Zapier, Harvest, HubSpot, etc. Policy and Processes Management - Establish standards for task naming, statuses, communication, and client collaboration. Resource Management. Time Tracking and Billable Hours Management [Harvest]. Support the creation and maintenance of comprehensive project documentation. Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs. Support the measurement of project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques. Report and escalate to management as needed. Client Collaboration - Support the management of the relationship with the client and all stakeholders. Support the performance of risk management to minimize project risks. Support the management of financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions.2 Requirements
  • Educational background, preferably in the fields of computer science or engineering for technical project managers.
  • Experience as a project administrator in the information technology sector.
  • Strong Project Management Tool Experience - Teamwork.com, Jira
  • Technical background, with understanding or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills, written and verbal communication skills.
  • Time Tracking and Billable Hours Management – Harvest.
  • Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools/applications.
  • Agile / PMP / PRINCE II certification is a plus.
