  • Salary Range: $70,788 - $74,412 annually (Determined by function, education, experience, and qualifications of the applicant. A 15% salary uplift is provided on top of base salary for positions that are worked in New York City or San Francisco, which is subject to change depending on market conditions.).

Learn more about our in our .Job Summary:The Communications Coordinator will support the project's communications team with a strong emphasis on multimedia content creation. This role will capture, produce and share compelling visual and written content that highlights the progress, achievements and community engagement of the project. Responsibilities include photography, videography, editing, graphic design and writing, ensuring consistent, brand-aligned storytelling across multiple platforms.Major Responsibilities:Multimedia & Content Creation:
  • Capture high-quality photography and video from project sites, events and milestones.
  • Edit photos and videos to meet brand and project communication standards.
  • Design and produce graphics for digital platforms, presentations and print materials.
  • Assist with the creation and execution of multimedia campaigns to promote project milestones and initiatives.
  • Provide real-time event coverage for internal and external platforms.
Writing & Storytelling:
  • Write articles, messages and briefing materials to support project and company priorities.
  • Conduct interviews and gather stories from internal stakeholders to highlight accomplishments and initiatives.
  • Draft, proofread and edit content for internal and external communications.
Digital Platform Support:
  • Assist with drafting, scheduling and posting content to approved channels.
  • Maintain organized photo, video and graphic asset libraries.
  • Monitor emerging trends in digital communications and recommend innovative approaches.
General Communications Support:
  • Assist with planning and logistics for Town Halls, milestone events and community outreach.
  • Collect and report analytics for digital content performance.
  • Collaborate with Corporate Affairs disciplines to ensure consistent messaging.
Work Environment:
  • This is an on-site position within an active construction environment.
  • Requires use of PPE (hard hat, safety glasses, boots, etc.).
  • Must be comfortable working in outdoor conditions including heat, noise and varying weather.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Obtained a degree from an accredited university in Communications or a relevant major within the past 12 months.
  • University Hire with less than 1 year of experience.
  • Experience with photography, videography and editing software (Adobe Creative Suite preferred).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Graphic design skills with an eye for visual storytelling.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Familiarity with social media best practices and trends.
