Our goal is to create flexible and innovative solutions filled with inspired possibilities.JOB SUMMARY:The concierge role is designed to provide personalized attention to patients in order to enhance the customer service experience.The compensation for this position is projected to be 20-22/ hr based on experience. Responsibilities:ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS (These duties must be performed with or without reasonable accommodation.   • Warmly greet customers upon arrival in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Maintain order and efficiency in lobby area.
  • Facilitate communication between patients and back-end pharmacy staff.
  • Provide direction and assistance for patients in need of Callen Lorde health services beyond the pharmacy.
  • Work with patients to improve understanding of pharmacy communication systems (i.e. pharmacy app and text notifications).
  • Assist with maintaining over-the-counter inventory.
  • Offer a warm “thank you for your business” to exiting customers.
  • Promptly report any allegations of impropriety to the Compliance Department.
  • Comply with Maxor’s Ethical Business Conduct policy and Maxor’s Compliance Program.
  • Remain free from exclusion under the Office of the Inspector General and SAMS Medicare/Medicaid lists.
  • Complete required training, as assigned, within the established timeframes.
  • Must be able to cope with the mental and emotional stress of the position.
  • Maintain regular attendance in accordance with established policies.
  • Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
Qualifications:Education: High school diploma or GED equivalentExperience: 1 year customer service experienceKnowledge, Skills, and Abilities: * Ability to communicate well with people from a diverse background
  • A commitment to treating all patients with empathy and compassion
  • Ability to be standing for extended periods of time
  • Basic technical and organization skills
  • High customer service orientation, exhibiting a welcoming disposition with the ability to be consistently polite, helpful, kind, courteous and discreet.
  • Bilingual Spanish speaking skills a plus
