- Strategic Engagement: Lead the development and execution of short- and long-term community engagement strategies that identify, educate, and activate individual advocates and third-party organizations.
- Community Building: Craft targeted educational content and innovative outreach strategies to recruit advocates, deepen and maintain community connections, broaden relationships, and execute activation campaigns.
- Metrics & Optimization: Rigorously track community engagement metrics, using data to refine and optimize outreach efforts and campaign management.
- Outreach Innovation: Capitalize on new marketing and outreach opportunities to elevate our clients' messaging and its influence.
- Advocacy Leadership: Cultivate significant relationships and lead grassroots advocacy efforts to champion political change.
- Collaboration: Work with RXN's communications and government relations teams to create and align messaging, channels, and direct lobbying.
- An Organizer: You have experience with community organizing, recruiting and activating grassroots advocates, and planning and executing successful grassroots advocacy campaigns.
- A Communicator: You can demonstrate exceptional writing and editing skills, turning complex issues into clear, impactful messages.
- A Thinker: You understand the "why" and importance of an issue campaign and can help others see the big picture.
- A Digital Native: You are proficient in G Suite, LinkedIn, "X", Facebook, and adept at navigating social media advertising budgets and grassroots activation tools like VoterVoice, P2A, and other CRM and email software platforms.
- A Relationship Builder: You excel in forging and maintaining connections.
