Responsibilities:As a Service Technician, you will play a vital role in fostering strong relationships with all customers and ensuring that our products, equipment, and services exemplify our brand values.Conduct comprehensive maintenance, sanitation, repairs, and lab sampling on Primo water vending machines to uphold our rigorous quality and safety standards.Respond to service calls in a timely manner and close service requirements with accuracy and precision.Oversee the efficient loading of equipment parts and adeptly manage inventory to ensure smooth operational flow.Conduct daily pre-trip inspections and maintain vehicle cleanliness.Collect all cash and coins from designated retail markets and vending locations.Act as a Primo brand ambassador by fostering strong relationships with both existing and potential customers while demonstrating extensive knowledge of our products and services to provide exceptional customer experiences.
