- Administer and maintain Windchill and EPDM platforms for the Orion Program Hardware organization, including data structures, user access, and workflows.
- Develop future Subcontract Data Requirement Document (SDRD) closure plan and the drive execution to that plan coordinating with the Subcontract Administrators (SCAs) and Subcontract Program Managers (SPMs).
- Serve as the Program Hardware open lien Qnote manager for all items driven by open items from Prion hardware subcontractors.
- Support collaboration between subcontract program managers, production center managers, engineering, manufacturing, and quality teams by facilitating secure and accurate data exchange.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives focused on data governance and lifecycle efficiency relating to hardware subcontractor deliverables.
- Perform regular data quality checks, resolve discrepancies, and maintain documentation related to Program Hardware PLM activities.
- Other duties as assigned.
- This position requires US Citizenship due to the sensitivity of customer related information.
- Must have a bachelor's degree in the field of engineering, computer science, IT, business IMS, or a related field.
- Must have 7+ years of recent and related work experience.
- Demonstrated proficiency in Enterprise Product Data Management tools such as PTC Windchill PDM as part of PLM solution.
- This position offers a hybrid work schedule; subject to change if needed.
- This position may require some travel.
- Must have experience with Microsoft Office Suite.

- Generally, an office environment, but can involve inside or outside work depending on the task.
- Work may involve sitting or standing for extended periods (90% of the time).
- May require lifting and carrying up to 25 lbs. (5% of the time).
- Regular attendance in accordance with an established work schedule is critical.
- Ability to work outside normal schedule and adjust schedule to meet peak periods and surge requirements.
