Process and Automation Technician

• Help build and automate machinery to maximize productivity.
• Research and justify the cost of automation and process improvements.
• Train personnel on how to use and get the benefits of new equipment.
• Collaborate on evaluating equipment needs and making recommendations for new selections.
• Maintain a safe and clean work environment.
• Read and comply with work instructions, set up sheets, and checklists.
• Solve problems and make decisions independently as required.

• High School Diploma or GED

• Knowledge of 5S and Lean Manufacturing concepts.
• Knowledge of plastic injection molding methods, processes, and procedures is preferred.
• Attention to detail.
• Ability to prioritize work and manage multiple tasks.
• Must be able to sit, stand, and move throughout the plant for extended periods.
