Job DetailsJob Location: 1100 Spring Street - Atlanta, GASalary Range: UndisclosedDescriptionAAA Parking is seeking an Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our parking, office and business services. This role is responsible for ensuring efficient, customer-focused parking management for employees and visitors, while leading a team and maintaining compliance with policies and safety standards. The Office Manager will oversee the management of the parking access control system including auditing, account/billing integrity and payment processing for location.
  • Data entry and database management of parking access control system.
  • Directly responsible for assisting with registering, activating/deactivating parking access, and collection or cancellation of parking fees for monthly parkers at the property.
  • Provides exceptional customer service at the office counter to walk in customers registering for parking and making payments.
  • Manages accuracy of invoices and payroll and deduction accounts for locations and acts as liaison maintaining business relationships between AAA Parking, our clients, customer account representatives and payroll departments.
  • Reconciliation of customer accounts and/or billing issues.
  • Conducts audits of parking access control system verses account billing.
  • Provide administrative support to the Director of Parking.
  • Preparation of daily deposits from onsite monthly parking payments.
  • Organization of office, file, and work area.
  • Assist in additional retail areas at the property and perform various other duties as required.
  • Manage parking office staff.
Qualifications
  • Associate or bachelor’s degree.
  • Previous management or supervisory experience in parking, facilities, or related field preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask, problem-solve, and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment.
  • Experience with parking management systems and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Customer service mindset with a focus on professionalism and efficiency.
  • Intermediate to advanced proficiency in Microsoft office – Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
  • Excellent organizational skills including the ability to consistently meet deadlines.
  • Dependable attendance and timely for shifts
  • Possess extremely strong people skills with a passion to provide exceptional customer service to all patrons and possess the ability to resolve customer-related issues and always looking for alternatives to improve service.
  • Must be willing to support other areas of property operations when needed.
  • Able to lift 30lbs and work outside periodically for brief periods if needed.
  • Pass a pre-employment background check including drug, MVR, and criminal background check.
