This entry-level position is ideal for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. You’ll play a key role in supporting our operators and ensuring parts are organized and ready for production. As a Shop Helper, you will be expected to work closely with other departments and take initiative to keep production running smoothly.Job Responsibilities:Parts Handling & Organization
- Sort, separate, and organize incoming and outgoing parts
- Maintain cleanliness and order in the parts storage area
- Assist machine operators with daily part needs and inventory requests
- Deliver parts to workstations as needed to support production flow
- Track part usage and report shortages or discrepancies
- Help with restocking and labeling parts for easy identification
- Communicate effectively with operators and supervisors
- Support other departments as needed to ensure smooth operations
- Willing to learn machine operations
- Must have warehouse/manufacturing experience
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to lift and move parts and materials safely
- Willingness to learn and take direction
- Positive attitude and team-oriented mindset
