As a Sr. Product Test Engineer, you will be the owner of the product testing process and lead the entire testing process for complex hardware and software products.
Job Responsibilities:
Test Planning & Execution: Developing comprehensive test plans based on product specifications, setting up test systems in a lab, and executing tests to check for boundary and stress conditions.
Issue Management: Writing detailed reports when issues are discovered and validating that all fixed issues have been resolved.
System Integration: Testing products that are integrated into large, complex systems.
Leadership & Mentorship: Providing technical leadership and mentorship to other engineers and assisting other departments to keep projects on track.
Job Qualifications:
B.S. degree in Computer Science or Engineering is highly preferred.
10+ years of total industry experience. A Master's or PhD in Engineering/CS can be applied toward this experience.
Must Have: Demonstrated electrical engineering test experience.
Must Have: Strong verbal and written communication skills and a logical, analytical, and detail-oriented mindset.
Good working knowledge of Ethernet networking and security.
Experience testing complex embedded electronics (experience with aircraft systems is a plus).
Preferred Job Qualifications:
An EE degree is ideal.
Experience with issue and project tracking systems like Jira.
Experience testing software applications and embedded systems (Windows, Linux, Android, iOS).
Proficiency with electronics tools such as multimeters and oscilloscopes.
Skills in programming, electrical engineering, and soldering.

Job Type: Direct Hire
Salary Range: $86,430-$129,645.
