- Leadership & Team Management
- Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Employee Relations Specialists supporting multiple construction
- Provide guidance and direction on escalated employee relations issues, ensuring consistent resolution and
- Promote a collaborative, field-focused HR team that builds strong relationships with employees and
- Oversee employee relations case management, investigations, and resolutions across all construction groups.
- Ensure consistent application of policies, procedures, and practices across the organization.
- Maintain compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws and safety regulations.
- Performance Management & Employee Development
- Partner with leaders and managers to drive effective performance management practices, including coaching,
- Support the design and implementation of employee development and career growth programs
- Identify training needs and collaborate with HR/Talent Development teams to deliver effective learning
- Act as a trusted advisor to business leaders, providing data-driven insights and recommendations on
- Lead HR initiatives that strengthen culture, improve employee engagement, and support organizational
- Partner with leadership on succession planning, talent management, and organizational design initiatives.
- Employee Engagement & Culture
- Champion company culture and values, ensuring they are consistently reinforced across business groups.
- Collaborate with leaders to proactively address workplace issues, improve communication, and foster a
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- 7+ years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2+ years in a management or leadership role.
- Strong background in employee relations, performance management, and workforce development.
- Experience in construction, field-based, or industrial work environments strongly preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex employee relations cases and advise senior leaders on HR best
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; able to interpret HR metrics and trends to inform decisions.
- Willingness and ability to travel up to 70% of the time to project sites and office locations across the company.
