AFL is seeking a Product Engineering Tech four our Accessories team in Duncan, SC! An entry level engineering technician position focused on supporting Product Engineering with catalog improvements and maintenance. This position has a heavy emphasis on data entry and validation in an office setting, with some opportunities for hands on applications in product configurations and item reviewsResponsibilities
  • Supports Product Engineering through entry of new item setups, bill of material creation, routing creation, and drawing management.
  • Manages workflows throughout multiple software’s relating to new item creation, current item configuration, and existing item validation.
  • Collaborates with engineers and other personnel to identify, define, and solve
  • Assist Product Engineering with the creation of configuration tools and systems to capture and control product attributes.
  • Data recording and report writing/generation.

Qualifications
  • 2 year degree in a STEM related field preferred. Equivalent experienced will be considered.
  • Experience interpreting engineering drawings.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Word, Excel).
  • Light to moderate experience with Oracle, Salesforce, MS ,Solidworks PDM is preferred.
  • Experience with computer aided drafting is preferred, but not

  • This career offers mainly office and desk-based work, with some light interactions with the shop floor possible.
