
HCM System Analyst (Success Factors)

- Serve as the primary administrator for SAP SuccessFactors modules (e.g., Talent Management, Performance, Compensation, etc.)
- Configure and maintain system settings, workflows, role-based permissions, and integrations.
- Accurately track, document, and communicate all system changes, ensuring that all required approvals are obtained before implementation.
- Manage user provisioning, security roles, and data privacy controls.
- Provide Tier 1 and Tier 2 support to end users and HR staff.
- Troubleshoot issues and coordinate with SAP Support or third-party vendors when needed.
- Ensure data integrity through regular audits, data validation, and clean-up activities.
- Participate in new module implementations, enhancements, and updates.
- Partner with HR, IT, and external consultants on project scoping, testing, and go-live support.
- Build, maintain, and optimize reports and dashboards using SuccessFactors reporting tools (e.g., Ad Hoc Reports, Canvas Reports).
- Provide insights to HR leadership through accurate and timely data delivery.
- Understands and observes all safety procedures and practices and ensures that employees observe all safety procedures and practices in order to prevent injuries or damage; schedules periodic safety meetings and solicits recommended changes to improve safety procedures.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Business or related field, and
- Three (3) years of professional experience with Success Factor HCM system administration
- Understanding of HR processes and data structures.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Experience with system integrations
- Demonstrated competency in system trouble-shooting and problem resolution for Success Factor or comparable HCM system
- Demonstrated proficiency in creating queries and reports from HCM system(s)
- Advanced analytical and quantitative skills and advanced MS Excel skills
- PC proficiency in MS Office and Outlook
- Exceptional project management skills with proven ability to meet deliverables in a complex, geographically dispersed organization
- Skill in establishing and maintaining effective working relationships with all levels within the organization as evidenced by success in working collaboratively with others to effectively coordinate activities to accomplish tasks
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent written communication skills to create effective technical documentation and/or user training materials as required
- Comprehensive knowledge of legal and compliance issues in the HR, Payroll, and/or Benefits body of knowledge
- Works in an office setting and generally sedentary, but may involve walking or standing for brief periods of time
- May be required to occasionally lift, carry, push, pull, or otherwise move objects up to 25 pounds
- Must be able to efficiently operate computer keyboard and peripherals to accomplish tasks nearly 100% of work day
- Must be able to effectively communicate using telephone, screen-sharing, and/or web-ex or conference calls to accomplish tasks and collaborate efficiently with remote users and customers
- Occasional travel, including air travel and overnight stay(s) may be required
