About the Work Unit:The Office of Human Resources (OHR) delivers strategic, tactical, and operational support to manage a fully integrated departmental human resources (HR) program. Its mission is to enhance productivity, foster diversity and inclusion, and promote a positive workplace culture while reducing liability and risk.Key services provided by OHR include:
- RegulatoryCompliance:InterpretingandensuringadherencetoStatePersonnelSystemrules,policies,and applicable state and federal employment laws.
- Talent Management: Designing and consulting on policies and processes for job evaluation, compensation, and employee selection.
- Talent Acquisition: Managing recruitment marketing, sourcing, hiring, and creating a seamless onboarding experience for new employees.
- Technical and Operational Support: Managing HR systems, onboarding/offboarding processes, and transaction processing.
- Employee and Labor Relations: Addressing dispute resolution, performance management, discrimination complaints, and labor agreements

H4G3XXMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:Experience Only:Six (6) years of relevant experience in Human Resources including family medical leave management, ADA accommodation and benefits administration.
