They will collaborate with attending physicians, surgeons, residents and nurses to implement individualized care plans. They will require excellent clinical skills, and a passion for patient-centered care. The APRN/PA PRN will be
responsible for managing care of SICU patients, participating in multidisciplinary rounds, assisting in the development and implementation of evidence-based clinical guidelines and protocols, and participating in QI initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
