- Tackle challenges related to material science, production techniques, and environmental sustainability.
- Optimize ready-mix concrete and asphalt, streamlining everything from raw material selection to plant performance and logistics.
- Analyze project documentation, ensuring material compliance and crafting clear, compelling submittals for aggregates, asphalt, and concrete.
- Collaborate with Quality Control and Environmental Teams to uphold the highest standards in safety, operations, and regulatory compliance.
- Design and manage plant improvement initiatives—your ideas will shape tomorrow’s best practices.
- Engage in general surveying, inventory management, and reserve analysis, ensuring our projects are built to last.
- Participate in inspections, ensuring every process meets or exceeds environmental, safety, and health standards.
- Foster a safe, inclusive work environment where professionalism and collaboration are the norm.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution; advanced degrees or additional certifications are a plus.
- Passed Fundamentals of Engineering (FE) Exam preferred.
- Experience or internship in construction materials, mining, or quality control is a bonus—but we value passion and drive above all.
- Analytical powerhouse with a talent for innovative problem-solving.
- Confident communicator—both in writing and in person—who can make technical details clear and engaging.
- Meticulous and organized, able to juggle multiple projects and adapt to evolving priorities.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office and a quick study with new technology.

- Dedication to regulatory compliance (OSHA/MSHA, Federal, and State laws), personal safety, and environmental stewardship.
- Reliable, punctual, and ready to roll up your sleeves, whether in the office, lab, plant, or on-site.
- Flexibility to work overtime, nights, weekends, and travel as needed to meet project demands.
- Able to safely lift up to 50 lbs, work at heights, and perform hands-on tasks in all weather conditions.
- Comfortable with a mix of standing, walking, sitting, climbing, kneeling, and occasional exposure to a range of site conditions, including noise and airborne particles (PPE provided).
